When you have to work in a fast-paced environment, as our dispatchers do, you need the best tools to get the job done. For the dispatchers, that means having the most efficient, reliable systems in place to do their job. Our state of the art Dispatch & Billing System is tailored for our industry. It allows Dispatch to provide the best service to our customers. As soon as an order is received, it is entered into the system so that Dispatch can schedule it for delivery. This system is also linked to our GPS so that we can track the status of each load being delivered. When the paperwork is handed in at the end of a driver’s shift, the manifest and BOL(s) are scanned into our system so that each load has a corresponding manifest and BOL(s).

In keeping with Hours-of-Service regulations, Dispatch can also monitor a driver’s hours available. With our high standards in safety, no driver is ever allowed to work beyond their hours of service, and, in fact, our system will not let them even log in for work if they are out of hours. From setting uploads to monitoring driver hours of service, no other carrier is better equipped than we are.

When it comes to Billing, you have to have a system you can rely on. Our system is set up so that we can tailor the billing process to meet each customer’s needs.
